Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after they are received. Orders are shipped only on days when USPS is operating.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
AlNostro.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
AlNostro.com is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
We also purchase shipping insurance for all orders over USD $500.00.
If you received a damaged package, please contact us with the carrier’s claim information at info@alnostro.com.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We do our best to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure that USPS recognizes it as a valid address. If we are unable to validate the address, we will attempt to contact you to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
AlNostro.com is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the carrier shows it as delivered, please notify us as soon as possible:

We purchase shipping insurance for all accordion shipments. We will file a claim with the carrier, and local authorities may be involved if necessary. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete.
Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation process.
International Shipping Policy
AlNostro.com only ships certain products outside of the continental United States. Apparel ships worldwide. For Accordions and other products, please check on the shopping cart or reach out to info@alnostro.com.
